The Behavioral Addictions Lab conducts research focused on the study of: Psychopathology, Sexual Trauma, Substance Use Disorders, Problem Gambling, and Compulsive Sexual Behavior Disorder.

We are particularly interested in the study of non-substance, rather behavioral disorders, with much of our recent work focused on Gambling Disorder, Sexual Behavior, and Internet Gaming Disorder.

This is a clinically-ortiented research lab focused on improving screening, treatments, and prevention strategies of behavioral addictions among underrepresented groups (e.g., Veterans, Minoritized Populations, community members). The lab also conducts research with college students, and collaborates with other research labs.
